My journey into understand anxiety began when my fiancee suffered an anxiety attack that led to her taking her own life.
In the years since, I've invested tens of thousands of dollars and half a decade exploring my nervous system — extended meditation retreats, nature based vision quests, neurofeedback clinics, psychedelic ceremonies, hundreds of breath-work journeys, and ten days in a dark room.
Rewire Anxiety is my attempt to distill the essence of what I've learned and curate the most effective evidence-based practices that I've encountered. I truly hope that it will support you on your own inner journey of reclaiming agency and aliveness in your professional and personal life.
